Salary: CAD 45,000–52,000 per year

What you will do
- Maintain title, asset, localization, and operational metadata across content and digital asset management systems.
- Configure and maintain channels and publishing entities in CMS environments, including YouTube CMS.
- Perform quality checks, resolve data inconsistencies, and escalate recurring system or workflow issues.
- Coordinate metadata updates, content record changes, asset availability, and platform setup requests.
- Administer user onboarding, offboarding, access management, permissions, and channel policies.
- Support new channel and partner onboarding, system updates, process changes, tool rollouts, and workflow testing.
Requirements
- Experience in content operations, digital publishing operations, media library services, digital asset management, or a similar operational role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate data across multiple systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working across multiple systems and adapting to new processes and technologies.
- Familiarity with content management, title management, or metadata-driven systems.
- Back-end YouTube CMS experience with channel setup, permissions, and metadata accuracy is an asset.
