Analyst Relations, Director (AI Security): Building and leading Zenity’s global analyst relations strategy to shape the AI Security category, strengthen market positioning, and influence analyst research with an accent on executive engagement, cybersecurity expertise, and strategic communication. Focus on developing analyst narratives, driving participation in major research programs, translating analyst insight into business recommendations, and building measurable analyst relations operations.
Location: Remote, based in the United States, with availability during Eastern Time (ET) business hours
Salary: $175,000–$200,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications

What you will do
- Own the global analyst relations strategy across company strategy, product roadmaps, corporate milestones, and category leadership.
- Build executive-level relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, GigaOm, Enterprise Strategy Group, and other influential analyst firms.
- Advise executive leadership on analyst strategy, competitive positioning, market trends, and industry direction.
- Lead executive briefings, analyst inquiries, product launch engagements, and participation in major research programs.
- Create analyst narratives, positioning documents, competitive messaging, roadmap briefings, and market education materials.
- Translate analyst feedback into recommendations for Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership while building measurable AR operations.
Requirements
- Significant analyst relations leadership experience in cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success improving market perception, category positioning, and research inclusion.
- Strong executive presence and experience preparing senior leaders for high-stakes analyst engagements.
- Deep knowledge of Gartner, Forrester, IDC, GigaOm, Enterprise Strategy Group, and research methodologies including Magic Quadrants, Market Guides, Waves, MarketScapes, and Hype Cycles.
- Exceptional strategic communication, relationship-building, organization, and business acumen.
- Experience using AI tools and automation for research, workflows, competitive intelligence, and analyst program execution.
