Senior Producer (Game Development)

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada. Hybrid role: fully in-studio for the first three months, followed by a requirement to work three days per week in the Vancouver studio. Applicants must already have Canadian work eligibility and reside in or be willing to relocate to Metro Vancouver.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 CAD annually.

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary game development teams and track features and assets from concept through creation.
• Manage schedules, resources, budgets, milestones, and sprints to keep development on track and within scope.
• Partner with creative and technical leads to solve production challenges and deliver high-quality results.
• Identify risks and roadblocks, develop mitigation strategies, and support timely decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-discipline handoffs, improve workflows, and maintain communication with the publisher.
• Support team health by ensuring appropriate scope and fostering a collaborative working environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working on console or PC titles from concept through launch.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional game development teams.
• Strong knowledge of game production pipelines, processes, and tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build alignment across creative, technical, and production stakeholders.
• Existing Canadian work eligibility and residence in, or willingness to relocate to, Metro Vancouver are required.
