TL;DR
Operations Manager (DashMart) (Logistics and Fulfillment): Leading day-to-day operations across 3–6 DashMart fulfillment locations with an accent on multi-site leadership, profitability, safety, and process efficiency. Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Salary: $82,500–$103,000 CAD per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, retain, and develop Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Supervisors, and Operations Associates.
  • Oversee daily operations across 3–6 DashMart locations, ensuring processes run efficiently and safely.
  • Review site profit-and-loss statements, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Design and execute process improvement projects that increase operational efficiency and improve employee experience.
  • Support market expansion and facility scaling for increased demand and operational complexity.
  • Partner with central teams to improve the customer experience and equip site teams with the necessary resources.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience leading and managing teams of 15 or more employees.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
  • Excellent Excel and data-analysis skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Availability to support a 24/7 business operating across multiple shifts.
  • Ability to work in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience starting or scaling a successful startup.
  • Operational experience in logistics, fulfillment centers, or warehousing.
  • Experience building and training high-performing teams.
