Senior Project Manager (Renewables)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model

Salary: From 180,000 PLN gross annually in Poland, plus an incentive target of 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead and execute technical due diligence for solar PV and BESS projects, including site assessments, technology reviews, design evaluations, contract analysis, and financial model reviews.
• Prepare comprehensive technical due diligence reports by coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and maintaining consistent quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and assess project progress against specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate internal project managers, associates, and sub-consultants to keep deliverables on time, on target, and on budget.
• Act as the primary client interface, lead meetings, build relationships, and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Support procedure development and business development activities in Poland and across EMEA.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in renewable energy, including due diligence, development, construction, operations, or M&A transactions.
• Strong expertise in solar PV and BESS projects, including battery technologies, markets, revenue mechanisms, use cases, PCS, BMS, battery cells, and balance-of-system equipment.
• Knowledge of solar PV and storage KPIs and a high-level understanding of energy modeling for solar PV projects.
• Local expertise in the Polish renewable energy market, including permitting, grid connection processes, or electricity markets.
• At least bachelor's-level education in mechanical, civil, electrical, environmental, or another relevant engineering field; a master's degree in renewable energy is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Polish is required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in renewable energy or a related discipline.
• Experience with onshore wind or other renewable energy technologies.
