What you will do
- Design and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, end-to-end, API, and selected performance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium and Java, including support for CI/CD pipelines.
- Review test scripts, automation frameworks, QA processes, coverage, documentation, reports, and quality metrics.
- Track defects throughout the software development lifecycle and collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams.
- Act as a QA reference by mentoring team members and promoting testing best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong experience with manual test strategy and complex web applications.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and Postman for API testing.
- Familiarity with Jira, Xray or similar test management tools, Agile methodologies, SDLC, and CI/CD testing practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and willingness to work onsite in Luxembourg are required.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Test Lead or in mentoring QA team members.
- Performance or load testing experience.
- Knowledge of React- and Java-based applications.
- Experience in large-scale or public-sector environments.
- ISTQB or another relevant software testing certification.
