What you will do

• Manage EDI integrations, new implementations, maintenance, and trading partner setup.
• Map EDI transactions to hirify.global Kinetic formats and translate Kinetic data for external partners.
• Troubleshoot integration, mapping, and data issues and implement practical solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and maintain proactive communication.
• Configure and support vendors and trading partners across customer EDI environments.
• Collaborate with technical colleagues, share knowledge, and strengthen EDI and ERP expertise.

Requirements

• Experience with EDI, systems integration, technical consulting, or a closely related environment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence communicating directly with customers, vendors, and trading partners.
• Ability to manage customer priorities independently while collaborating with a broader technical team.
• Must be based in the US for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Kinetic, especially Demand Management.
• Experience with EDI HQ or similar translation and mapping platforms.
• Knowledge of EDI mapping, SFTP, AS2, or integrations across multiple ERP platforms.
