What you will do
- Embed SOX ITGC controls into Oracle Cloud Fusion integration and deployment activities across HR and Finance.
- Assess SOX and financial reporting risks from configuration changes, data migrations, and system integrations.
- Design and validate access provisioning, security role architecture, and Segregation of Duties controls.
- Collect, validate, and organize audit evidence throughout implementation and migration lifecycles.
- Lead external auditor walkthroughs and coordinate control testing and technical inquiries.
- Track control progress, risks, testing results, and remediation status for SOX leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT SOX compliance, internal or external audit, or IT risk management within large corporate environments.
- Hands-on experience designing and testing ITGCs for enterprise ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Cloud Fusion or similar cloud platforms.
- Deep knowledge of access provisioning, security role design, Segregation of Duties, and least-privilege enforcement.
- Experience working directly with Big Four or other major external audit firms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive reporting skills.
Nice to have
- CISA, CIA, CPA, or CISSP certification.
- Experience with complex multi-system data migrations and M&A integration controls.
