Motion Designer (AI)

A young tech company develops mobile applications spanning pet care, lifestyle, and other digital experiences.

What you will do

• Create motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
• Iterate on creatives based on performance feedback and deliver stable, predictable results.
• Adapt motion creatives for Meta, Google, AppLovin, TikTok, and other ad formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative marketing manager to align visuals and messaging.
• Optimize files, compression, and rendering for efficient delivery.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with mobile or web products.
• Understanding of performance marketing content and basic editing and animation principles.
• Professional experience with AI tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Portfolio of completed projects and knowledge of After Effects plugins.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience creating UGC content.
• Experience with Lottie or Rive animations for web platforms.
• Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency.
• Experience editing and creating sound effects.
• Basic knowledge of 3D software.
