What you will do
- Build and maintain backend services that ingest, process, and serve video and sensor data at scale.
- Ship AI-native features such as natural-language video search, real-time detections, and agentic workflows using multimodal LLMs and computer vision.
- Implement user-facing frontends with TypeScript and React in collaboration with product.
- Design scalable APIs and systems connecting ML pipelines with an edge device fleet.
- Contribute to infrastructure and architecture decisions, including distributed systems, real-time processing, and high availability.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Golang, Python, or C++.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, react-query, and Tailwind.
- Experience designing and building scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Comfort with distributed systems, containers, Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience with Pulumi or infrastructure as code, plus a strong understanding of performance, reliability, and clean architecture.
- Computer Science degree or equivalent qualification and experience with AI-assisted development.
Nice to have
- Previous startup experience building systems from scratch.
- Scale-up experience and familiarity with high-quality engineering practices.
