What you will do

• Receive, enter, and manage customer orders through shipment, returns, and issue resolution.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and through daily written communication.
• Track order status, communicate delays and solutions, and coordinate with European plants, warehouses, and logistics providers.
• Receive and manage customer claims and proactively resolve complaints.
• Provide customers with timely updates on complaint status and outcomes.
• Support transport and logistics optimization projects.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or administration; logistics internship experience is also welcome.
• Fluent English and French are required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural team environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
