Head of Technology / IT Director in Ukraine

What you will do

• Develop and implement the bank’s IT and technology strategy in line with business objectives, ZEN Group standards, NBU requirements, and international standards.
• Oversee technology architecture and the reliable, scalable operation of networks, servers, data centers, and cloud services.
• Lead the implementation, modernization, and support of core banking, payment, and remote banking systems.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, system migrations, and technology innovation with global ZEN teams.
• Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, contractors, service levels, and technology costs.
• Build and manage the IT function while overseeing governance, cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technology, IT architecture, or technology governance within financial services or fintech.
• Knowledge of regulatory and security requirements in Ukraine, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, operational risk management, and data protection.
• Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and technology governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required.
