Head of Technology / IT Director in Ukraine (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and execute the bank’s IT and technology strategy in line with business objectives, ZEN Group standards, NBU requirements, and international standards.
• Oversee infrastructure, architecture, networks, servers, data centers, cloud services, and banking IT systems.
• Lead digital transformation, automation, system migrations, and technology innovation initiatives with global ZEN teams.
• Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, contractors, service levels, and technology cost optimization.
• Establish IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery practices.
• Build and manage the IT function while partnering with business units and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology, IT architecture, or technology governance within financial services or fintech.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian regulatory and security requirements, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, operational risk management, and data protection.
• Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and technology governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English required.
