Location: On-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan; evening shift from 17:00–01:00 March–November and 18:00–02:00 November–March, Almaty time.

What you will do

• Reconcile inconsistent data from spreadsheets, exports, and multiple systems into structured, reliable datasets.
• Clean duplicate records, missing fields, mismatched formats, and other data quality issues.
• Use AI coding assistants and automation tools to streamline data fetching, formatting, and repetitive operational work.
• Build simple internal tools or dashboards to make data easier for clients and colleagues to use.
• Communicate with U.S.-based clients through applications, email, and phone regarding data and operational tasks.
• Learn client workflows and tools quickly while taking ownership of unfamiliar problems.

Requirements

• Strong aptitude for structuring and reconciling messy, multi-file datasets.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding or automation tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Fluent spoken and written English at C1 level.
• Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, structured tables, and pivoting data.
• Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and able to work with minimal direction.
• Ability to work on-site in Almaty during the specified evening shift.

Nice to have

• Exposure to scripting, SQL, or no-code/low-code automation tools.
• Experience with personal or self-directed AI-assisted automation projects.
