What you will do
- Build and operate secure AI coding environments, AI-assisted CI/CD, agentic workflows on AWS, and reusable platform components.
- Own internal platform products end to end, treating developers as customers and improving usability and adoption.
- Shape architecture and technology choices across Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and AI capabilities.
- Drive topics from planning through delivery while communicating clearly with stakeholders across functions.
- Maintain reliable, secure, observable, and cost-aware infrastructure and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Create reusable patterns, templates, and blueprints that help the engineering organization ship faster.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience, typically 5+ years, building and operating infrastructure or platform products.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, tool or function calling, retrieval, agents, or agent frameworks in real workflows.
- Daily experience with modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
- Strong AWS fundamentals and experience with infrastructure as code and pipeline as code.
- Experience with SRE or DevOps principles, observability tools, testing, debugging, and production operations.
- Strong programming skills in at least one language, ideally Python, Go, or TypeScript, plus effective communication and collaboration.
