What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Field Application Engineers, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
• Oversee the implementation and timely delivery of complex robotic systems projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer-facing activities, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and training to the team and customers.
• Develop team skills through training, coaching, and professional development.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product management, systems engineering, sales, marketing) for successful deployment.
• Ensure detailed documentation and reporting to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in managing projects involving complex robotic systems implementation.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of technical professionals.
• Strong technical background in robotics, including hands-on experience with robotic arms, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
• Extensive customer-facing experience, providing technical guidance and support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
