What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Field Application Engineers to ensure alignment with company goals and project timelines.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of complex robotic systems, including schedule and resource coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-facing activities to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide advanced technical support and training to both team members and clients.
• Collaborate with product management, systems engineering, and sales teams to facilitate successful deployments.
• Maintain detailed records and provide status reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management for complex technical systems.
• Extensive leadership experience managing technical professionals.
• Strong background in robotics, including sensors, actuators, and control systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi and travel to customer sites as required.
