What you will do
- Design, develop, optimize, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI models for practical healthcare applications.
- Build GenAI automation for data processing, quality workflows, ARD/RRD creation, reporting refreshes, and Co-Pilot capabilities.
- Develop end-to-end MLOps pipelines covering CI/CD, model monitoring, retraining, and versioning.
- Architect cost-effective AI/ML solutions on AWS and Azure and integrate them with Snowflake and other enterprise systems.
- Develop robust APIs for AI/ML integration and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote strong documentation, coaching, and AI/ML development practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, GenAI technologies, LLMs, RAG, and OpenAI APIs.
- Strong Python and PySpark skills, with experience in data analysis and preparing training data.
- Experience building and operating MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, and version control.
- Experience with AWS or Azure, Snowflake, enterprise integrations, and scalable AI/ML deployments.
- Ability to lead technical delivery, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior engineers.
