Head of Workplace Services & Real Estate (Game Development)

What you will do

• Define and deliver the global Workplace Services and Real Estate strategy in line with business growth and employee experience goals.
• Manage the international real estate portfolio, including lease renewals, restructures, relocations, consolidations, disposals, and long-term planning.
• Oversee office locations and workplace services to ensure safe, compliant, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality environments.
• Lead office acquisition, fit-out, refurbishment, optimization, and transformation projects from planning through delivery.
• Manage budgets, operating costs, capital expenditure, forecasting, cost control, and investment planning.
• Lead negotiations and partnerships with landlords, brokers, consultants, contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in workplace services, corporate real estate, facilities management, or workplace operations.
• Experience managing multi-site international operations.
• Higher education in Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lead distributed teams and coordinate senior stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, Communications, and Operations.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as IWFM, IFMA, RICS, NEBOSH, IOSH, PMP, or equivalent.
• Experience with workplace design, space utilization, occupancy planning, and future ways of working.
