TL;DR
Audio Specialist (Game Development): Creating and refining immersive audio for game trailers, gameplay reveals, and marketing videos with an accent on mixing, mastering, sound design, dialogue restoration, and multilingual localization. Focus on conforming voiceover tracks, meeting international loudness standards, and delivering polished audio stems for high-impact promotional content.
Location: In-office hybrid or full-time in Warsaw, Poland; relocation is required.
Salary: 10,300–14,190 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do
- Perform final mixing and mastering for trailers, gameplay reveals, and digital marketing content.
- Create sound designs, audio prototypes, and custom assets for campaigns, teasers, and promotional videos.
- Restore, edit, clean, and balance voiceovers and interview recordings, including noise reduction and de-essing.
- Adapt multilingual voiceover tracks for localized trailers, maintaining lip-sync and audio consistency.
- Re-edit and layer game audio assets and sound libraries to match video edits and trailer moments.
- Ensure compliance with EBU R 128, ATSC A/85, and ITU-R BS.1770 standards and deliver organized audio stems.
Requirements
- Approximately 3+ years of professional experience in audio post-production.
- Sound design experience in feature films, television, or comparable productions, with a strong understanding of storytelling through sound.
- Strong knowledge of at least one major digital audio workstation and industry-standard audio plugins.
- Familiarity with audio implementation in video post-production workflows.
- Experience managing professional or extensive sound libraries.
- Portfolio or reel with audio samples is required.
