Senior Director, Head of APAC Growth

Location: Singapore; responsibilities cover Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, and Taiwan.

What you will do

• Own the regional business development strategy, targets, and operating plan across four APAC markets.
• Lead weekly commercial reviews with Country Managers and improve pipeline health, deal progression, and forecast accuracy.
• Sponsor and help close strategic enterprise deals, including complex multi-year and multimarket contracts.
• Build relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, banks, card schemes, and technology partners.
• Assess market opportunities, competition, and regulatory developments while shaping go-to-market priorities.
• Coach in-market business development teams and build the regional function through future hiring.

Requirements

• Experience leading regional business development and commercial growth across multiple APAC markets.
• Ability to manage enterprise sales cycles, strategic partnerships, and complex multimarket agreements.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders, channel partners, regulators, or central banks.
• Ability to collaborate with product, risk, legal, and operations teams to ensure commercial deliverability.
• Strong leadership, coaching, pipeline governance, and operating cadence management skills.
