Foreman (Construction)

Location: On site in Paphos, Cyprus

What you will do

• Coordinate daily activities and communication between on-site workers, stakeholders, and internal departments.
• Work with Procurement and Supply to order construction materials, track deliveries, receive materials, and organize storage.
• Supervise construction works, control quality, and manage site workflow and priorities.
• Plan, monitor, and update work schedules while tracking progress against deadlines.
• Provide regular progress updates through work chats and messaging tools.
• Prepare work completion acts and coordinate closing documents for customer signature.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman.
• Good understanding of construction processes and site operations.
• Ability to manage workflow, priorities, reporting, and documentation independently on site.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• English or Russian required.

• Knowledge of Greek.
