Cloud R Analyst (Azure)

What you will do

• Triage issues across the organization and manage ServiceNow tasks.
• Manage production infrastructure and provide subject-matter-expert support to teams outside IT.
• Support automation of web application deployments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain software applications, investigating complex technical issues.
• Follow escalation paths and service-level agreements while managing multiple priorities.
• Support occasional scheduled weekend deployments, upgrades, maintenance activities, and customer go-lives.

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude in modern IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL/database administration concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing technologies, and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience creating or maintaining PowerShell scripts and other automation tools.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, containerized environments, and automation technologies.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or AWS.
