What you will do

• Own market pricing, commission optimisation, and customer lifetime value models across insurance products.
• Manage insurance product trading and performance against sales and customer value targets.
• Build, maintain, and improve customer and market behaviour models using WTW Radar, SQL, and other data tools.
• Recommend data-driven pricing strategies aligned with long-term insurance objectives.
• Work with commercial and cross-functional teams to integrate customer economics into multi-service pricing.
• Ensure pricing decisions support fair customer outcomes and meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent commercial experience.
• Expert experience in general insurance pricing and detailed knowledge of price optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with WTW Radar or similar insurance analytics software.
• Strong SQL skills, advanced statistical techniques, and customer modelling experience.
• Ability to explain complex analysis and influence senior managers and directors.
• Commitment to customer-focused and fair pricing decisions.
