Media Buying Associate

Location: Hybrid work setup in Madrid, Spain, with regular access to the central Madrid office.

What you will do

• Execute traditional media strategies across OOH, radio, print, and TV.
• Research media opportunities and establish external research connections for media plans.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, media agencies, and external partners.
• Manage campaign execution and support ongoing optimization.
• Track project delivery to ensure campaigns are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in the traditional media industry.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
• Written and verbal English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Good knowledge of news circulation channels and media distribution practices.
• Creative, data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
