Marketing Associate (Offline Campaigns)

Location: Hybrid work setup in Madrid, Spain, with a central Madrid office location.

What you will do

• Execute traditional media strategies across OOH, radio, print, and TV.
• Research media opportunities and establish external research links for media planning.
• Manage campaign execution and coordinate ongoing optimization with agencies and partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external media partners to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Track project delivery and ensure campaigns are completed on time.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in the traditional media industry.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
• Written and verbal English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Knowledge of news circulation channels and the ability to select effective distribution channels.
• Creative, data-driven decision-making with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
