Pricing Operations & Automation Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote work or an office in Tallinn, Estonia.

What you will do

• Run pricing operations and ensure accurate, timely price updates across platforms.
• Improve pricing structures and frameworks in collaboration with pricing, onboarding, and pricing technology teams.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and lead automation or simplification initiatives, including AI-assisted solutions.
• Analyze customers, suppliers, costs, and other pricing factors to support profitability improvements.
• Build models, reports, and dashboards covering pricing performance, margin health, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in finance, pricing, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Strong systems thinking and a process-improvement mindset.
• Ability to work with large datasets, build analytical models, and communicate clear conclusions.
• Hands-on experience with Looker or a similar business intelligence tool.
• Experience with or strong interest in using AI tools to automate workflows and reduce manual work.
• Understanding of pricing mechanics, cost structures, or supplier economics, plus strong communication skills.
