Senior Oracle NetSuite Finance Consultant (Manufacturing): Building and optimizing a scalable global finance system landscape in Oracle NetSuite with an accent on financial processes, manufacturing accounting, automation, and reporting. Focus on leading Finance workstreams, translating complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, and driving implementations across multiple departments and countries.
Location: On-site in Bucharest, Romania

What you will do
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for Finance and Accounting processes in Oracle NetSuite.
- Support and optimize NetSuite for the Romanian entity, particularly its manufacturing organization.
- Lead Finance workstreams across global NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
- Translate Finance and business requirements into scalable solutions, including solution design, testing, documentation, training, and rollout.
- Improve Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Costing processes through automation and standardization.
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, Saved Searches, and SuiteAnalytics solutions while supporting stakeholders worldwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Several years of experience with Oracle NetSuite in a Finance-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with inventory valuation, production accounting, cost accounting, standard costing, or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience delivering NetSuite projects from requirements gathering through rollout, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required; the role is on-site in Bucharest, Romania.
Nice to have
- Experience with SuiteScript, workflows, or NetSuite customizations.
- Professional Finance or Accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, Controlling, Accounting, or Audit experience.
