Overview

Join as a Senior Product Mobile Designer in the Mobile App Digital Product Team to accelerate mobile app development and improve user experience. Work mostly onsite in Manila with relocation support provided.

What you will do

• Design intuitive and visually appealing mobile UI/UX solutions
• Create and maintain a scalable mobile app design system
• Use data-driven design with analytics and A/B testing to optimize user scenarios
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers
• Develop micro-animations and interactive elements (Lottie, Rive, After Effects)
• Conduct usability testing and research to improve user experience
• Ensure designs comply with iOS/Android guidelines and accessibility standards

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Manila, Philippines
• 3+ years experience as a product designer focused on mobile apps (iOS, Android) with senior-level Figma skills
• Proven experience creating high-converting, visually impressive consumer product designs
• Knowledge of mobile usability, user research, and A/B testing
• Experience with animations (Lottie, Rive, AE)
• Startup experience (100-200 employees)
• Fluency in English (B1/B2) as all communication is in English
