System Analyst (Creatio)

Overview

The company is building a financial technology business to provide easy access to finance for millions of Filipinos. They seek individuals with sharp analytical minds and a knack for innovation to join their team.

What you will do

• Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows.
• Design and configure system solutions on the Creatio platform.
• Collaborate with teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations.
• Model business processes using BPMN notation to ensure efficient system and workflow design.
• Maintain system documentation, including specifications, data models, and integration plans.
• Perform system testing and assist in resolving system-related problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with the Creatio platform or other low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process management.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems.
• Proficiency in BPMN notation for business process modeling and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
