Legal Entity Accountant (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Manage the full set of financial statements for Italy-related group companies.
• Prepare IFRS statements and coordinate local GAAP reporting, fixed asset schedules, and intercompany reports.
• Support consolidation by aligning accounting treatments, validating financial data, and submitting reporting packages on time.
• Coordinate with tax advisors, internal tax specialists, and external auditors throughout the audit process.
• Collaborate across departments to improve financial reporting processes and controls.
• Contribute to the global SAP S/4HANA implementation and the design of future-oriented finance processes.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including international accounting standards.
• Higher education or an equivalent professional qualification in finance, accounting, and controlling.
• Experience with multi-entity or cross-border structures and strong financial software proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal English and German are required.
• Strong organisation, accuracy, initiative, responsibility, and ability to handle sensitive data.
• Structured, independent, and quality-focused working style with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Italian regulatory accounting and Italian language.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Affinity for artificial intelligence and AI-enabled finance tools.
