Manual QA Engineer (Mobile)

Location: Remote, preferred time zones GMT+4 to GMT+8

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and execute test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application quality.
• Suggest improvements to the quality assurance process.
• Enhance project's test strategy and plan.
• Support execution of test plans.
• Maintain the manual test suite and report on its status.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar QA role.
• Experience in Mobile and API manual testing (Android Studio, XCode, Postman).
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience in TMS (TestOps, TestRail, etc).
• Experience with traffic sniffing tools.
• Ability to express complex bugs in a concise manner.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of test automation, Java / Kotlin are preferred.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Postman collections).
• Experience with Appium / Espresso / XCUItest.
• Experience in crossplatrom app testing (React Native / Flutter ).
• Experience testing applications for Financial institutions.
• Experience with Splunk or other log analysis systems.
• Ability to relocate to Philippines
