What you will do
- Enter, organize, archive, and maintain employee loan data and documents.
- Handle email, letter, and phone correspondence with employee loan customers.
- Troubleshoot employee loan product issues and help provide solutions to HR partners and customers.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, and other internal divisions to address partner needs.
- Guide HR partners in completing employee loan data templates and follow up on outstanding documents.
- Prepare reports and office documents while supporting additional administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail.
