What you will do

• Audit random samples of approved and rejected auto and motorcycle loan files for structural errors, documentation gaps, and policy deviations.
• Verify payment-to-income calculations, asset valuations, credit scores, data accuracy, and credit investigation quality.
• Identify policy and process gaps, recommend updates, and support underwriting manual and system improvements.
• Report recurring errors and high-risk issues to management with corrective or preventive action recommendations.
• Track quality findings and ensure issues are closed or regularized within agreed timelines.
• Support Credit Officers with processing tasks when no quality control assignments are pending.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in consumer business and quality control.
• Working knowledge of credit underwriting and risk management principles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to different audiences.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, customer-focused, adaptable, and capable of identifying discrepancies and root causes.
