What you will do

• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring requirements across functions and markets.
• Use GEM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals to identify potential candidates.
• Support candidate outreach to engage passive talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist with ad hoc assignments and recruitment projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
