TL;DR
Global PR and Communications (Crypto): Building and executing executive communications, media relations, corporate messaging, and brand-trust programs for a global blockchain ecosystem with an accent on thought leadership, strategic media engagement, and compliant messaging. Focus on securing high-impact coverage, coordinating cross-functional communications, scaling creative workflows, and integrating AI tools into production operations.
Location: UAE, Dubai; full-time onsite or remote

What you will do
- Oversee the executive speaker program, including speaking opportunities, logistics, calendars, briefing documents, and media training.
- Develop newsworthy stories and secure interviews, commentary, podcasts, op-eds, and feature coverage with business, finance, technology, and crypto media.
- Build and expand relationships with journalists, key opinion leaders, podcasts, industry voices, and strategic partners.
- Support corporate announcements, partnerships, campaigns, localized strategies, and compliant communications with legal, compliance, and policy teams.
- Maintain Binance’s messaging architecture and develop cohesive narratives across channels and business priorities.
- Manage industry rankings, awards submissions, and the global awards database end to end.
Requirements
- Experience in creative, agency, marketing, operations, project, or program management environments.
- Experience in fintech, technology, crypto, or similarly fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
- Experience with project management, workflow coordination, complex problem-solving, and SOP development.
- In-depth understanding of static and video creative production processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Asana or similar tools, including workflow automation, reporting dashboards, integrations, and cross-functional infrastructure scaling.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI, LLM, image/video generation, and creative automation tools into production workflows, including tool evaluation, procurement, onboarding, and vendor management.
Nice to have
- Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, SafuGPT, Figma plugins, Adobe AI features, or localization platforms.
- Background in crypto communications, institutional growth, security, or compliance narratives.
