TL;DR
Global PR and Communications (Crypto/Fintech): Leading executive thought leadership, media relations, corporate messaging, and brand-trust initiatives for a global blockchain ecosystem with an accent on security, compliance, product innovation, and institutional growth. Focus on securing high-impact media opportunities, managing speaker programs, developing consistent messaging, and coordinating communications with legal, compliance, and policy teams.
Location: UAE, Dubai; full-time onsite or remote

What you will do
- Oversee the executive speaker program, including speaking engagements, logistics, calendars, briefing documents, and media training.
- Develop newsworthy stories and secure interviews, commentary, op-eds, podcasts, and other earned media opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with business, finance, technology, crypto, trade media, KOLs, and industry voices.
- Support corporate announcements, partnerships, campaigns, localized strategies, and communications during key conferences.
- Maintain Binance’s messaging architecture and develop cohesive narratives across channels in coordination with legal, compliance, and policy teams.
- Manage industry rankings, reports, awards submissions, and the global awards database.
Requirements
- Experience in creative, agency, marketing, operations, or project/program management environments.
- Experience in fintech, technology, crypto, or similarly fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
- Experience with project management, workflow coordination, complex problem-solving, and SOP development.
- In-depth understanding of static and video creative production processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Asana or similar tools, including workflow automation, reporting dashboards, integrations, and cross-functional infrastructure scaling.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools, LLM-based tools, AI image/video generation, creative automation, and creative-tool procurement into production workflows.
