What you will do

• Define and implement the vision, strategy, and operating model for the internal consulting unit in Portugal.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead consulting engagements covering major banking transformation and integration initiatives.
• Oversee a portfolio of large-scale projects and ensure delivery excellence.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the Group.
• Develop consulting services, methods, tools, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in banking and consulting.
• Proven experience managing and executing bank integration projects.
• Experience working with or within international financial groups.
• Fluent English and French are mandatory.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and organizational development skills.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.
