What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students through phone, email, and SMS.
• Guide students through study choices, applications, and enrolment while nurturing warm and paused leads.
• Conduct outreach, schedule appointments, and work toward enrolment and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate student records, communications, and CRM data across multiple university partners.
• Provide timely, empathetic, and accurate administrative support throughout the enrolment journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams and university partners to deliver a consistent student experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or current progress toward a tertiary qualification.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented approach with reliable follow-through across multiple priorities.
• Professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in administration, customer service, or sales.
• Background in higher education, online education, admissions, or enrolment support.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, student information systems, or applicant record platforms.
