What you will do

• Build and improve Application and Behavioral Scorecards for underwriting and collections decisions
• Prepare model documentation and defend modeling decisions to internal governance and external reviewers
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to translate model outputs into strategy and implementation
• Manage the full modeling cycle: data exploration, feature design, model building, validation, deployment specs, and monitoring
• Ensure scorecard quality through metrics like AUC, KS, bad rate, stability index, and portfolio outcome assessments
• Provide credit strategy input influencing approval, pricing, and collection decisions

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Philippines
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building credit risk models, specifically Application and/or Behavioral Scorecards
• Experience with model audits, documentation, and regulatory review support
• Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL skills for building models
• Experience covering full lifecycle: data, feature engineering, validation, and production monitoring
• Experience in the Philippine financial services industry is a strong plus

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Databricks or similar environments
