Associate Attorney (Insurance Defense)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; remote, hybrid, or onsite work models available.

Salary: $103,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Develop case strategies and manage litigation from discovery through trial.
• Handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials independently.
• Communicate professionally with clients and build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across experience levels.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license in the State of Georgia required.
• 1–8 years of litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload through trial.
• Knowledge of litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Prior insurance defense experience.
