Senior Power Platform Developer (Banking and Enterprise Solutions)

Location: Porto, hybrid work model with up to 3 remote days per week; candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
• Define Power Platform architectures that meet banking security, performance, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain custom connectors and operate the On-Premises Data Gateway for secure integrations.
• Contribute to scoping, design, development, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure solution quality, security, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement across enterprise projects.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of IT experience, including 5+ years focused on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of custom connectors, data gateways, security, governance, and compliance in regulated environments.
• Good understanding of SharePoint, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
• Fluent English and an existing legal right to work in the European Union are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital accessibility.
• Involvement in a Centre of Excellence or other transversal role.
• Expertise in Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate Desktop.
