Location: Remote within Brazil

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain gameplay features and systems in Unity.
- Develop scalable C# code and extend existing codebases and production pipelines.
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and technical artists to implement and refine gameplay.
- Debug, profile, and optimize systems for performance and memory targets.
- Support QA by fixing bugs, addressing technical issues, and documenting solutions.
- Perform console ports of PC and mobile games and support asset and feature integration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with Unity Engine.
- Strong C# programming skills within Unity.
- Professional experience on AA or AAA game projects.
- Understanding of gameplay programming, including character controllers, cameras, AI, UI, and game states.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, PlasticSCM, or Perforce, plus debugging and optimization.
- Fluent English in written and spoken communication; remote work must be performed from Brazil.
Nice to have
- Experience with outsourcing or co-development studios.
- Networked or multiplayer gameplay experience.
- Console or PC performance optimization experience.
- Build pipelines, packaging, and deployment knowledge.
- Shipped PC, console, or XR titles, and knowledge of game math and physics.
