Sr. Engineer Software - Process Director (SAP/ABAP)

Build and improve new and existing software products and applications sold to customers.

What you will do

• Contribute to product ideas, innovation, roadmaps, and technical decisions based on customer needs.
• Research and solve design problems, and create product and application architecture and design documentation.
• Write and develop code for new, existing, and enhanced software products and applications.
• Work with Quality Assurance and other internal partners on testing, build, and configuration activities.
• Support on-time, on-target, on-budget releases without compromising quality.
• Respond to technical inquiries from internal and external partners and stay current with industry developments and customer needs.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP and ABAP.
• Upper-intermediate English or above.
• Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.
• Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale solutions to departmental needs.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant technical experience.
• At least 1 year of previous experience with similar product lines or subject areas.
• Ability to work independently on larger or more complex departmental assignments.

Nice to have

• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred.
