What you will do
- Calculate and prepare weekly and biweekly payrolls, wage payments, and benefit payrolls.
- Apply social security, INFONAVIT, AFORE, ISR, FONACOT, alimony, and other statutory payroll requirements.
- Manage employee benefits records, including medical, life, and traveler’s insurance, as well as pantry vouchers.
- Prepare labor documentation, contracts, certificates, administrative records, sanctions, and severance payments.
- Maintain attendance, vacation, temporary personnel, and unionized employee records.
- Prepare accounting reports, payment requests, salary proposals, and compensation and benefits analyses.
Requirements
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Knowledge of Mexican social security, INFONAVIT, AFORE, ISR, FONACOT, and labor requirements.
- Ability to manage payroll deductions, benefits payments, employee records, and accounting documentation.
- Availability to work onsite in Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico.
