TL;DR
System Analyst (Creatio): Designing and optimizing enterprise system solutions, workflows, and integrations on the Creatio platform with an accent on business requirements analysis, BPMN process modeling, and data flows. Focus on defining system architecture, building reliable ERP and CRM integrations, documenting functional specifications, and supporting testing and deployment.

What you will do
- Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and data models.
- Design and configure Creatio solutions, optimize workflows, and identify system improvements.
- Model business processes using BPMN and define integration requirements, data flows, and mappings.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Creatio, ERP and CRM systems, and third-party APIs.
- Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support development and deployment.
- Train users and provide ongoing support while collaborating with cross-functional teams and developers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process management.
- Proficiency in BPMN notation and process optimization.
- Experience designing and maintaining ERP, CRM, and third-party API integrations.
- Experience with data mapping, API integrations, integration testing, and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Creatio or another low-code/no-code platform.
