Technical Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Kazakhstan; relocation to Manila, Philippines required. Remote location type with a hybrid-first work environment and an office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of a licensed acquiring processing platform, starting with ATM acquiring and extending to POS and e-commerce acquiring.
• Coordinate integrations across processing platforms, ATM middleware, HSM/RKL, Visa, BancNet, anti-fraud systems, core banking, and internal card systems on AWS/EKS.
• Translate business, payment-scheme, compliance, and operational requirements into technical requirements, Jira tasks, and documentation.
• Design API and ISO 8583 integrations, including message flows, error handling, reversals, reconciliation, and monitoring.
• Manage external provider delivery, including milestones, dependencies, risks, acceptance criteria, UAT, certification, and release planning.
• Coordinate engineering, QA, infrastructure, security, compliance, and operations through production release and post-release stabilization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, Solution Analyst, or Product Owner in fintech, banking, or payment processing.
• Strong understanding of acquiring, payment processing, issuer/acquirer/scheme models, transaction lifecycles, authorization, reversals, reconciliation, clearing, settlement, and certification.
• Experience designing complex system integrations, APIs, integration contracts, and technical documentation from scratch.
• Understanding of microservices, cloud deployment, release and change management, processors, switches, payment networks, HSMs, or ATM/POS/e-commerce acquiring.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills for transaction investigation and validation.
• English B2 or higher and willingness to relocate to Manila, Philippines.
