TL;DR
Technical Product Manager (Fintech): Own the delivery of a Salmon-owned licensed acquiring processing platform, starting with ATM acquiring and extending to POS and e-commerce acquiring, with an accent on payment integrations, compliance, and production readiness. Focus on designing API and ISO 8583 integrations, coordinating external providers and cross-functional engineering teams, and solving complex transaction processing, certification, reconciliation, and operational challenges.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of the licensed acquiring processing platform, from scope definition through production release.
- Translate business, payment-scheme, compliance, and operational requirements into technical requirements, Jira tasks, and documentation.
- Design API and ISO 8583 integrations, including message flows, error handling, reversals, reconciliation, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Manage external processing providers across milestones, dependencies, risks, acceptance criteria, UAT, certification, and release planning.
- Coordinate engineering, QA, infrastructure, security, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain delivery roadmaps and risk logs while supporting incident analysis, production readiness, and post-release stabilization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, Solution Analyst, or Product Owner in fintech, banking, or payment processing.
- Strong understanding of acquiring, payment processing, issuer/acquirer/scheme models, and transaction lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience with complex integrations involving processors, switches, payment networks, HSMs, or ATM, POS, and e-commerce acquiring.
- Knowledge of ISO 8583, authorization flows, reversals, reconciliation, clearing and settlement, and certification processes.
- Experience designing APIs, integration contracts, sequence flows, operational processes, and technical documentation from scratch.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills, knowledge of microservices and cloud deployment, and English at B2 level or higher.
