What you will do

• Lead the assessment and standardization of software development lifecycle quality gates.
• Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD practices to increase deployment speed and reliability.
• Develop software industrialization standards focused on process efficiency and quality assurance.
• Lead AI integration initiatives that improve accessibility and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and align industrialization programs with business objectives.
• Support API Gateway governance, transversal asset development, and compliance with data anonymization standards.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in IT project management, software development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience leading industrialization projects and implementing process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and resolve challenges proactively.
• Fluent English and French are required.
• Existing legal authorization to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• DevOps, AI, or cloud platform certifications or experience, including GCP.
• Experience in a leadership role involving cloud-native development and automation.
