TL;DR
Product Marketing Analyst (SQL/Web Analytics): Analyzing product funnels, marketing performance, user behavior, and experiments while maintaining reliable dashboards, reports, and tracking systems with an accent on data quality, GDPR compliance, and actionable insights. Focus on designing cross-domain tracking, investigating metric anomalies, and owning website A/B testing from hypotheses through statistical analysis.
Location: Ukraine or Europe; hybrid work is available remotely or from the Kyiv coworking hub.

What you will do
- Analyze sales funnels, segment user behavior, investigate metric anomalies, and measure brand activity impact.
- Design and configure cross-domain tracking with GTM and SGTM while maintaining data quality and GDPR compliance.
- Communicate insights and hypotheses to stakeholders and translate complex data into business actions.
- Maintain dashboards and data models for continuous funnel monitoring and decision support.
- Own the website A/B testing lifecycle, from hypothesis formulation to statistical analysis.
- Use AI tools to accelerate exploratory analysis, code writing, and automated reporting.
Requirements
- Strong critical, systemic, and analytical thinking.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, particularly Google Data Studio.
- Understanding of unit economics and experience finding insights, investigating root causes, and building decision-support reports.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher and fluent Ukrainian required.
Nice to have
- Experience with web analytics and tracking, including GA and GTM.
- Familiarity with DBT, Git, GrowthBook, and digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, ASA, and affiliate marketing.
- Knowledge of statistics, probability theory, A/B testing platforms, and GDPR compliance.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code in daily workflows.
