TL;DR
Kinetic ERP Developer / Technical Analyst (Epicor Kinetic): Designs, develops, tests, and supports technical ERP solutions for aerospace manufacturing operations with an accent on Kinetic development objects, integrations, reporting, and data conversion. Focus on translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, resolving implementation and stabilization issues, and building long-term internal expertise for future rollouts.
Location: United States; occasional travel to U.S. aerospace sites may be required, with limited international travel based on business needs.

's STS Aerospace business designs and manufactures fluid conveyance solutions, including rigid tubing, flexible hose assemblies, and engineered fluid transfer systems for commercial aviation, defense, and space applications.
What you will do
- Design, develop, configure, test, and support technical solutions in Epicor Kinetic.
- Build and maintain BAQs, dashboards, reports, Application Studio customizations, functions, BPMs, workflows, interfaces, integrations, and data-conversion components.
- Translate approved business and functional requirements into maintainable ERP technical objects in partnership with Core Team members, IT, and implementation partners.
- Own unit and component testing, support integrated testing and UAT, and resolve technical defects during implementation, go-live, and stabilization.
- Support data migration, application security setup, technical documentation, development standards, and knowledge transfer for future aerospace rollouts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ERP technical analysis, application analysis, development, or a similar role.
- Experience building or supporting ERP reports, dashboards, forms or UI customizations, workflows, automation, interfaces, or data-conversion components.
- Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or major enhancement initiatives.
- Proficiency with SQL or database query languages, plus experience with version control and source control systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic.
- Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
- Knowledge of business process modeling, testing methodologies, quality assurance, system integration, or API development.
- Experience supporting multiple ERP implementations or upgrades.
