What you will do

• Analyze business ideas, validate technical feasibility, and design architecture blueprints.
• Develop clean, efficient, and scalable backend code with Go and PHP/Symfony.
• Refactor and migrate monolith components into independent, high-performance services.
• Build unit and functional tests and participate actively in end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve edge cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Golang.
• Experience with system design, architecture, PostgreSQL, relational database design, complex SQL, migrations, and performance optimization.
• Practical experience with Docker, Docker Compose, RabbitMQ or similar message queues, and basic Kubernetes concepts.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud or infrastructure tooling, unit and integration testing, and secure coding principles including OWASP.
• Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with Terraform, NoSQL databases, or caching solutions such as MongoDB and Redis.
