TL;DR
Junior Frontend Engineer (Next.js): Building and maintaining marketing pages, landing experiments, payment flows, and web infrastructure for MacPaw’s product ecosystem with an accent on React-based development, performance, and scalable web architecture. Focus on migrating legacy assets, automating workflows, optimizing funnels through A/B testing, and integrating payment gateways.
Location: Ukraine or Europe; hybrid work is available, with the option to work remotely or from the Kyiv hub.

What you will do
- Build and launch marketing pages and web assets with Next.js SSG and Payload CMS.
- Maintain and improve more than eight active web projects, including legacy Laravel and Blade components.
- Migrate older web assets to the unified Next.js and Payload architecture.
- Develop internal workflow automations that reduce repetitive work and accelerate delivery.
- Set up, launch, and monitor A/B tests to improve user funnels and web performance.
- Integrate payment gateways to support reliable checkout experiences.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of commercial frontend development experience.
- Practical experience with React or React-based frameworks, with Next.js as the target stack.
- Strong JavaScript ES6+, semantic HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development skills.
- Understanding of REST APIs, frontend-to-server communication, Git, modern build tools, and package managers.
- Intermediate English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Basic CI/CD knowledge or initial pipeline configuration experience.
- Familiarity with Cloudflare and entry-level AWS knowledge.
- Interest in using AI tools and applying AI-driven approaches to development.
