Senior Oracle eBusiness Suite Support Analyst – Finance and Accounting (Oracle ERP): Supporting and maintaining critical Oracle financial applications for a finance and accounting organization with an accent on incident management, batch processing, integrations, and operational reliability. Focus on resolving complex ERP issues, coordinating bug escalations, managing security remediations, and improving support processes across business and technical teams.

What you will do
- Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for Oracle eBusiness Suite applications.
- Monitor daily and monthly batch processing and maintain application availability.
- Manage incidents, data patching, configurations, corrective maintenance, and software bug escalations to Oracle.
- Supervise Oracle application integrations within the client ecosystem.
- Maintain application and incident documentation in the JIRA knowledge base.
- Collaborate with business units, project teams, and operations on continuous improvement, technical obsolescence, and security remediation.
Requirements
- Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.
- At least 4 years of experience supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle AP, FA, GL, and GLB modules.
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, and Dataload.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, and Unix shell scripting.
- Communicative English and French at C1+ level are required.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations.
- Understanding of General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes.
