Oracle eBusiness Suite Support Analyst – Finance and Accounting

Location: Lisbon, hybrid. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 user support for Oracle eBusiness Suite applications.
• Monitor daily and monthly batch processing and maintain stable operations.
• Manage incident prioritization, data patching, configurations, and corrective maintenance.
• Escalate software bugs to Oracle and supervise integrations with the client ecosystem.
• Maintain application and incident documentation in the JIRA knowledge base.
• Lead and participate in meetings with business units, project teams, and operations to support continuous improvement, technical obsolescence management, and security remediation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle AP, FA, GL, and GLB modules.
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and Dataload.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, and Unix shell scripting.
• Communicative English and French at C1+ level are required.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of banking regulations.
• Understanding of General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes.
